Brief Power Outage

Yesterday, September 4, we had the usual strong thunderstorms later in the day. During one particularly intense lightning session the grid went down and we were on battery power for some period of time. The switch over was so smooth that we didn't know it happened for a bit as all TVs, computers, lights, etc. continued without interruption. Only when we saw the oven flashing "PF" did we know it had happened.
